CHANGCHUN EXTRAWELL PHARMACEUTICAL CO. LTD. ("CEPL")
CEPL is located at the countryside of Changchun city, Jilin Province. It has high quality unpolluted air and water, which are very important factors for pharmaceutical production.

In year 2000, we were elected as one of the top 20 outstanding pharmaceutical corporations in Jilin Province, China.

A fully equipped GMP standard factory has just been completed in Changchun. The factory built on the land with 18,969 square meters, the build up area of the factory reached 9,767 square meters.

Presently, CEPL is selling 6 major biological products, mainly in immunological, cardiovascular, dermatological and antithrombotics categories.

JILIN EXTRAWELL CHANGBAISHAN PHARMACEUTICAL CO. LTD. ("jECPL")
JECPL is located in Jilin Province, China.

The management board of JECPL has been granted a "Good Management in Tax" reward from the Jilin Economic Development Committee in the year 2000.

Presently, the company has 8 major products selling and distributing in the market. The drugs are used for immunological, cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases.

Besides, JECPL has 42 registered drug licenses in China, includes prescription and non-prescription drugs. The drugs are used for difference indications, which can be manufactured and marketed according to the needs of the market.

SOUTH ASIA PHARMACEUTICAL (china) LTD. ("saPL")
Distribution of imported pharmaceuticals by SAPL contributed a major part to the sales revenue of the Group.

Our major products in the market mainly focus on central nervous system, antihypertensive and dermatology.

We provide one-stop services from product registration to sales and marketing of pharmaceuticals in China. We are ready to collaborate with any foreign pharmaceutical manufacturers who have interest in China.

Right & Rise Ltd.
Our Group acquired 100% share of the above Company on January 2002.

The major business of the Company is in its possession of patented gene invention rights. Presently, we have 19 items of diabetic related gene patent rights.

SMART ASCENT
Our Group acquired 51% equity interest of Smart Ascent Ltd.("SAL") in August 2004. SAL holds 51% equity interest of Fosse Bio-Engineering Development Ltd.("Fosse Bio") in which Fosse Bio is engaged in development and commercialization of oral insulin product.

The phase II clinical trial has been completed and pre-production preparation of this product is in progress. Upon obtaining the New Product and Production LIcenses, we will launch first oral insulin product in the World. Furthermore, the specification and production method of Oral insullin has already obtained the patent in China and United States.

We believe the product will contribute enormous profit to the Group once it launch to the market.
